About Us
NancySilver.com and Nancy’s Silver Shop is a family owned and operated business. We are in Fallbrook, California, the avocado capitol of the world which is located in the northern part of San Diego County.
Nancy’s started as a flatware matching service in 1984, helping people find missing pieces to their sterling or silverplated flatware sets. Today we stock hundreds of flatware patterns, new and old and we also carry a full line of accessories, cleaning products, collectibles, gifts and more.
We are committed to providing our customers with a quality product at a fair price. We want you to be happy with your purchase and shop with us again.

Damaged Items |
If an item arrives
damaged or broken, please contact us immediately
by email or telephone. Do not return the item until we
have determined how it will be replaced. If an item was damaged in transit we
may issue a request to the carrier to pickup or
inspect the package. If the damage is a factory
defect we may have the factory ship you a
replacement directly. Please do not return
damaged merchandise until you have communicated
with us first. |
Returns |
You may return most items sold by NancySilver.com within 10 days of delivery for a refund less shipping and handling charges. We cannot accept returns of certain items including:
1 - Any item that is not in original condition has been damaged or is missing parts or original packaging.
2 - Any polishes or other cleaning products.
3 - Any item that has been special ordered (special order requests are only made by phone or email).
4 - Silver Cloth (yardage is cut to order)
If an item arrives broken or damaged please see the Damaged Items section above.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned drawer liners, drawer liner pads, wood chests including silverware chests and jewelry chests, stainless flatware sets.
Shipping for returns: Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless due to our error. Shipping is not part of the purchase price and is not refundable. If an order that qualifies for free shipping is returned for refund, original outgoing shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If an item is returned, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping even if the item qualified for free shipping. If you received free shipping on your order then actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

New merchandise usually ships within two business days, subject to product availability, unless otherwise stated in the description.
Pre-owned silver is polished before we ship and this usually ships in two to four business days.
International customers: due to a wide range of shipping rates and varying surcharges, the shipping amount calculated when you place your order may not be correct. If there is an additional charge for shipping we will contact you with the amount and you will have the option to cancel your order.

Out Of Stock Items |
Although we try to keep our content up to date, there are times when an item is out of stock, sold out or no longer available. In such a case your order will be put on hold and we will notify you so that you can change or cancel your order. |
